Yes. Klinmate analytics shows revenue and profit by doctor and by service, and financial figures are visible only to the roles you choose.
Does Klinmate handle insurance?
Yes. You can record each patient's insurance details and follow claims alongside visits and billing. Ask us which insurance companies and claim workflows are supported in your country.
Can Klinmate track inventory?
Yes. Klinmate tracks your clinic's supplies and stock levels, so you can see what's running low and reorder in time.
Does Klinmate work in Arabic?
Yes. Klinmate works in English and Arabic, with native Arabic typography and a true right-to-left layout.

What is Klin?
Klin is the Klinmate AI front desk. It answers your patients on WhatsApp, replies to the common questions your clinic approves, helps patients book an appointment and hands the conversation to your team whenever a person is needed.
Does Klin give medical advice?
No. Klin does not diagnose, recommend treatments, prescribe or make clinical decisions. Clinical decisions stay with clinicians.
Can my staff take over a conversation?
Yes. Conversations can be handed off to your team at any point, and Klin passes on anything it shouldn't answer.
