This notice explains how the Klinmate website handles your details. It covers this website and emails you send us — not the Klinmate product used by clinics.

Who we are
Klinmate operates this website. For anything about your details, email us at [email protected].
What we collect
When you join the waitlist: your name, your work email address and, if you choose to give it, your clinic's name. We also record the date and time you signed up and the country your connection comes from, which our hosting provider determines automatically from your network connection.
When you email us: your email address and whatever you include in your message.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, any patient or health information.
Why we use it
We use your details only to contact you about Klinmate — for example to tell you when it opens, to arrange a demo or to answer your question.
We don't sell your details, and we don't use them for advertising.
Where it is stored
This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Waitlist sign-ups are stored in Cloudflare's storage service, and email sent to our @klinmate.com address is handled by Cloudflare's email routing and delivered to our inbox.
Like any website host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from abuse and automated traffic.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set cookies, use advertising cookies or allow third-party tracking, and our fonts are hosted on our own site. Because we don't use cookies, you won't see a cookie banner.
To understand how many people visit and which pages are useful, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is cookieless: it doesn't use cookies or local storage, doesn't build a profile of you and doesn't follow you across other websites. It counts page views and records general information such as the page visited, the referring site, your browser and device type, and your country.
Our guides may show one clearly labelled sponsor. Sponsors appear as plain text, image and link only. They can't run scripts, set cookies or track you on our site.
Our hosting provider may also use strictly necessary security measures to protect the site from bots and abuse.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist details until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them to contact you about Klinmate.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, and we'll take care of it.
If you no longer want to hear from us, reply to any email we send and tell us.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle your details, we'll update this page and the date above.
